Shipping and Payments

For all our shipments we rely on GLS - CORRIERE ESPRESSO a leading company in the shipping and logistics sector with over forty years of experience in the field and at SDA.

Shipping methods and costs

Order processing time
Orders are usually processed by our shipping team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once the order is taken over, it is prepared for shipping and entrusted to the courier who will deliver it according to the option chosen at checkout. We are committed to reducing the take-in time as much as possible, but during new product launches and promotional activities the take-in time could reasonably be extended.

Shipping Times
The shipping times of the products vary based on the option chosen during the purchase, for the timing please refer to the following table:

For shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, these times may be extended by 1 or 2 working days. Shipments are made on working days, from Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on Italian public holidays. We remind you that the timing is indicative and may be subject to variations, for example on the days of the launch of new products or promotional activities they could be slowed down due to the high volume of orders generated.

Order tracking
Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by GLS Italia, visible in the shipping confirmation email and in the user account, if created. To track your package please use the tracking code provided by entering it directly on the GLS Italia website . The tracking code generally becomes active after 24 working hours from receipt of the shipment confirmation email.

Delivery problems
If problems arise with the shipment, we invite you to call GLS Italia customer service on 02.980.35556 (active from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00), for SDA 800.33.66.22 , explaining the situation and indicating the shipment tracking code we have provided, the operator will surely be able to find a suitable solution.

Secure payments
Il Matto Della Cosmetica does not directly manage payments, but uses payment systems equipped with maximum security guarantees such as Shopify. Payments are accepted via Postepay and all credit cards belonging to the Visa, MasterCard and American Express circuits. Possibility of external payments with verification with customer service.
